How to nagivage in the website ?
The categories in the top menu guide you in your choice. Simply click on a category of your choice to see the items on the central page. When you like an item on the central page, simply click on it to see a larger photo and description. Then, if you like the jewel, you can click on the add to basket button and proceed to checkout.
How to place an order when I found the product I like ?
When you are on the page describing the product, you can simply click on "Buy" to place the jewel or accessory in the shopping cart.
At this point you can either continue shopping, or proceed to the checkout to pay.
Clicking on "Checkout" takes you to the "Customer identification" page. Either you are already registered and fill in the "Email" and "Password" fields, or you are a new customer and registration will take just two minutes. You can also place an order without becoming a customer. Please note, however, that you will not be able to take advantage of the benefits our customers receive.
Now we need to know where to deliver the products, and we'll give you your address as the delivery address. You can of course add a different address.
If several delivery methods are available, please make your choice and leave a note about your order if you want something special.
Clicking on the "Continue" button will take you to the page where you can choose your payment method. We offer a totally secure payment system.
Clicking on the "Continue" button again will take you to the confirmation page. Check your order and click on "Confirm order" to confirm your order.
Congratulations, you've reached the end. A confirmation page will inform you that your order has been processed, and an email will be sent to you immediately.
How do I remove or add products to my basket?
When you select an item or accessory and click on "Buy", you are automatically directed to your shopping basket.
At this point, you can increase or decrease the quantity, delete the product or review the product by clicking on it.
Can I have my jewelry or accessories delivered to an address other than my own?
Of course you can. You can have your products delivered to any valid address. As a customer, you even have access to an address book, so you can easily choose the destination of your choice.
Can I have my products delivered worldwide?
As long as the country of delivery is in the drop-down menu when entering the address, you can have your products delivered anywhere you like. Be sure to check the delivery address so that the post office can find it.
What are the delivery costs?
All items are sent by SwissPost. Postage is free in Switzerland for orders over CHF 20. Below this amount, shipping costs CHF 4. For addresses outside Switzerland, the cost is calculated according to the destination. The total amount is indicated when the order is placed.

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and Paypal.
